Our Story

Yes, Dalby International AB is a new addition to the strategic enabling community.

The company was born on a clear vision of its founder Mikael. A vision to offer tailored, creative ways to bring success for anything that the company would touch. No-one situation is the same, no solution is a standard solution. Through experience Mikael came to the realization that over-complexity, organizational clutter and inward focus was the biggest enemies to success and the realization of an organizations untapped or lost potential.

After working more than 30 years across the world, being part of different business models, upturns and downturns, he gained unique insights. As Mikael was active in management teams in diverse organization cultures, both in the private and public sectors, he started to see patterns of success and failures. Many times born in the focus and actions of the different management teams. The change management that is required to successfully take an organization and its business from one state to another, require the ability to shift perspectives and to remove current truisms that might obscure the path to success.

By applying a supportive, yet no-nonsense approach in dialogues both in the early stages as well as in the scale-up or revitalization of an organization, Mikael experienced that it was possible to unlock success where things seemed stuck. An idea to offer these opportunities, both to new and experienced business leaders, was born.
